Steps to rebuild tables using web interface:
① Upload the xml/tdr file that defines the table structure. Upload the new table definition file and get the table definition file ID.
② Apply for rebuilding tables. Create an application form for rebuilding tables.
③ Check the application for rebuilding tables. Confirm the application form for rebuilding tables.
